On Friday, October 14, 2005 at 5:53 pm, TFC J. Linger responded to Garrison Drive, California for a reported Destruction of Property.
The victim advised that he was waiting in his fiancés vehicle for his children to get off the bus. As an 11 year old female walked past the vehicle she grabbed that Plymouth/Chrysler symbol and broke it.
The juvenile was brought to the State Police Barracks, charged with Malicious Destruction of Property, processed and released into the custody of her mother pending disposition by Juvenile Justice Authorities.
