At 2:15 pm, on Monday, April 16, TFC Linger responded to the Great Mills Tobacco Shop, 21500 Great Mills Road in Lexington Park for a reported theft.
Upon arrival, contact was made with the suspect, a 12 year old juvenile male to the rear of the establishment.
A strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emitting from his breath and he was yelling profanities.
During the investigation, the juvenile male was arrested for theft under $100, public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He was released at the scene to his parent pending action by Juvenile Services.
