At 1:09 AM on Jan 21, TPR Towers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. Upon obtaining information from the operator, it was learned that he was 14 years old and lived in Lusby.
Further investigation revealed that the operator and his passengers (two 15-year-old males, of Lusby) had driven around Chesapeake Ranch Estates and egged four residences.
They were placed under arrest for malicious destruction of property (-$500). The operator was also charged with driving without a license. After processing, they were released to a parent.
