LEXINGTON PARK, Md. – The economic fallout of COVID-19 has left many families struggling to pay for food. Feed St. Mary’s is on a mission to make sure no one in the county goes hungry.
According to the community-supported food bank, “St. Mary’s County is fortunate to have people who care about those who are living with food insecurity. In addition to the partnership between the Feed St. Mary’s Food Bank and Maryland Food Bank, there are a variety of agencies who are serving those in need.”
The group provided a list of food pantries and soup kitchen throughout the county. Feeding St. Mary’s encouraged any group not on the list to contact them at (240) 237-8197 or feedstmarys@gmail.com. They’ll add you to the list.
