St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Jason Maletto located Suspect Beulah Ann Rupertis, age 62, of Hollywood, and served her with a Criminal Summons for bad check. Rupertis wrote a check in the amount of $65.00 to Fairland Market, Inc. without having sufficient funds to cover same. Rupertis was arrested, charged with Bad Check and is currently awaiting a court date in the District Court.
