LA PLATA, Md. – Today, Thursday, April 5 at approximately 11 a.m., the 9-1-1 Communications Center was unavailable for approximately five minutes. This occurred due to contractor error during maintenance of the power supply system. The Public Safety Radio System was not impacted and there were no radio calls for service during this time.
The 9-1-1 Communications Center is operational and receiving calls.
