Sunderland, MD – On Wednesday, Dec. 3 at approximately 5:25 p.m., there was a report of an accident on Route 2 and Kent Road in Calvert County.
Once units arrived on the scene they found a vehicle with one person trapped. The motorist was extricated from the vehicle and transported to Calvert Memorial Hospital.
The road was closed in both directions for a short period of time. The road had one lane open for traffic after emergency fire vehicles left the scene.
