The motorcyclist was not injured and signed a treatment of refusal.
Rescue crews are clearing the scene as of 2:35 p.m.
Authorities in St. Mary’s County are on the scene of a motor vehicle accident involving a motorcycle along Three Notch Road and First Colony Blvd in California in front of the Burger King.
The accident was reported around 2:20 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 17.
No word on the extent of injuries.
