A 17-year-old male was charged on a youth report with Second-Degree Assault on June 27 at 7:49 p.m. at the Cove Point Park in Lusby.
The juvenile became belligerent after being asked to get out of the pool during adult swim time. He threw a chair at a pool employee striking her in the leg.
DFC D. Denton charged the youth and released him to a parent.
