ADVISORY: T-Bone Style Collision Reported In Mechanicsville; Three Being Transported To Hospital

UPDATE: The third ambulance that was previously called was cancelled at approximately 6:30 p.m.

MECHANICSVILLE, Md. — We are receiving reports of an accident in Mechanicsville that is still being looked at for potential injuries.

At approximately 5:58 p.m. on May 31, first responders were called to the scene of a serious motor vehicle accident on Three Notch Road, in the area of Thompson Corner Road. The original call that was placed said that one occupant was potentially trapped.

Once units arrived on the scene, they discovered what was described as a “T-Bone style collision” with no patients trapped.

EMS would go on to immediately transport two patients to MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital for injuries. A third ambulance has been requested to transport a third patient.
