LEONARDTOWN, Md. – Ernarde Delovestein Banks, 37, of Lexington Park was seen pacing back and forth in the area of Chancellor’s Run Road and Buck Hewitt Road on May 3, 2018. When contacted by sheriff’s deputies, Banks was belligerent and resistant to police. Banks proceeded through private property and onto the grounds of Greenview Knolls Elementary School, which started the process for the school to go into lockdown and interrupted school operations.
Banks was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center where he was charged with trespassing on school grounds, School: Disturb Operation and Intoxicated Public Disturbance by Deputy Tyler Westphal. CASE# 23200-18
