On July 15 at 10 minutes before midnight, DFC P. Wood conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle moving faster than the posted speed limit traveling west on Hallowing Point Road in Prince Frederick.
The driver, Sean D. Mendoza, 20, of Mechanicsville, was found to be in possession of suspected drugs.
Mendoza has been charged with possession of marijuana in the amount more than 10 grams, possession with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia; plastic bags.
