Deputy Harold Young observed a domestic dispute along the side of Three Notch Road in Lexington Park. He stopped and Drew MacDonald Thompson (Age 19 of Great Mills) attempted to flee in his vehicle.
Thompson turned his disorderly actions from the female, to Deputy Young.
He was ordered out of the vehicle and refused. A brief struggle ensued at which time Deputy Young deployed his Pepper Spray and the Suspect immediately complied.
Thompson was arrested for Disordery Conduct.
