At 12:17 am, on Monday, January 1, TFC Quade responded to the report of a theft from the 7-11 Store, 21909 Three Notch Road in Lexington Park.
The suspect, James Calvin Morgan, 42, Great Mills was observed walking on FDR Blvd in the area Great Mills Road. He was in possession of the stolen property, a bottle of Boones Farm malt liquor beverage.
Mr. Morgan was charged with theft under $100 on a criminal citation, issued a no trespass notice and released.
