On September 4 at 8:49 p.m. Dfc. J. Hardesty conducted a traffic stop north of Lord Baltimore on MD Rt. 4.
He found the driver, Brad William Somers, 27, of Chesapeake Beach, to be in possession of suspected drugs and paraphernalia.
Somers was issued a citation for driving without a seatbelt, and arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
