Disorderly – On Friday, March 27, 2015 at 4:46 am, Tpr. W. Couter and Tpr. J. Ganeshanada responded to the 41000 block of Shadrick Street for a reported disorderly subject. Upon arrival, the Troopers recognized the disorderly subject, Jerome Daniels, 38, of Lexington Park, from a domestic incident earlier that evening. Mr. Daniels was escorted from the building and was placed under arrest for Public Intoxication. Mr. Daniels became belligerent and began yelling obscentities. Mr. Daniels was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
Assault – On Monday, March 30, 2015 at 10:45 am, Tpr. D. Coppedge responded to the 46000 block of Orchid Lane for a welfare check. Investigation revealed that Jackson Columbus Sage, 59, of Lexington Park, had assaulted a female victim. Mr. Sage was placed under arrest for Assault Second Degree and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
