Atkinson is at it Again

On May 2, Deputy First Class K. Meyer responded to a residence in Leonardtown, for a violation of a protective order complaint. 

Investigation revealed a Protective Order was issued and served on Paul David Atkinson, 42 of Lexington Park, on Sept. 9, 2008.  The Order directed no contact between Atkinson and the victim.  The victim reported to Dfc. Meyer she had received telephone calls from Atkinson in violation of the Protective Order.  The victim saved the telephone number which called her phone.  The phone number is listed to Atkinson.  Dfc. Meyers located Atkinson.  

Atkinson was in possession of the cellular telephone from which the calls to the victim were made.  Dfc. Meyer arrested Atkinson for violation of a Protective Order.
