Dep. M. Robshaw responded to a home on Peace Court in St. Leonard on Jan. 14 for a stolen All Terrain Vehicle.
The victim reported that he sold his 2005 Yamaha Raptor ATV, red and white, to a black male on Dec. 27, 2005, who paid him by check. The check was ultimately found to be fraudulent by the bank.
The value of the ATV is $2,120.00. Det. D. Makrokanis of the Calvert Investigative Team Division will handle the investigation of this case.
