Bags Under the Eyes But Far From Sleepy

At 4:11 a.m. on February 3, TFC Whipp observed a parked vehicle, partially blocking Sea Gull Beach Road, in Prince Frederick. 

The operator, Robert Douglas McGinty, 31, of Lusby, was subsequently arrested for DUI. 
Incident to arrest, an eyeglass case containing 6 baggies of suspected cocaine was recovered from the vehicle.

Mr. McGinty was transported to the Prince Frederick Barrack and charged with DUI, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession of cocaine, and possession of CDS paraphernalia. 

Mr. McGinty’s vehicle and $955.20 were seized pending forfeiture proceedings.  After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
