At 9:45 a.m. June 9, Trooper Ewig of the Prince Frederick barrack responded to the District Court Building, Duke St., Prince Frederick, for a drug complaint.
Investigation revealed that Clayton Lloyd Dunagan, 50, of Barstow, had emptied his pockets before entering the metal detector, and Bailiff Alvestad discovered a canister of suspected marijuana.
Dunagan was placed under arrest for possession of marijuana and CDS paraphernalia. After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
