The dependence on decisions made by government and “top-down” directions in our state affects volunteer groups around St. Mary’s County. I am listening to the views and concerns of volunteers who are forced to deal with the illogical results of various decisions impacting radio communications for fire and rescue units. When we see the massive failure of government to take over healthcare, they can’t COMMUNICATE or make their websites work, now I am hearing serious and well-thought out concerns about the new radio systems that they are being forced to use and have had little input in designing.
With the help of Chief Brady of Hollywood Volunteer Fire Department and others, I will be better prepared to represent you should you choose to send me to Annapolis as your Delegate for District 29-A, Maryland House of Delegates.
