Big rig fire shuts down portion of I-95 South in Howard County

UPDATE 2:20 p.m.- All lanes of I-95 South are re-opened.

(Howard County, MD)- 9:00 a.m.- A tractor-trailer has crashed and is on fire on I-95 south prior to MD 100 in Elkridge, MD. All southbound lanes are closed; however, they are slowly letting traffic past on the inside shoulder as crews continue to clear the incident. Delays extend several miles.
