On March 25, it was reported that an unknown culprit had stolen a 1991 Yamaha 15hp electric outboard motor from a boat moored at Breezy Point Marina, Chesapeake Beach.
TFC Schmidt of the Prince Frederick trooper barrack is handling the investigation.
