Reports say the boat in distress is now being assisted back to shore.
Colonial Beach, VA – Oct. 5, 3:05 p.m. crews responded to reports of a boat in distress in the Potomac River between Harry Nice Bridge and Colonial Beach, VA.
Reports from emergency responders say that one person is overboard and a 28-foot Bayliner is taking on water.
Crews from Charles and King George County are responding.
