Off duty Deputy Lieutenant Daniel D. Alioto observed a suspicious vehicle enter a housing devolpement under construction just before 10 pm on 01-04.
After a short time inside the vehicle was exiting and a traffic stop was conducted. The operator, Dustin Brian Kelly (Age 27 of Piney Point) was found to be smoking crack cocaine.
He was placed under arrest and a smoking device and residual amounts of crack cocaine were recovered. Deputy Milton Pesante was the charging Deputy.
