At 2:15 a.m. Aug. 12, Charles County Sheriff’s officers responded to the parking lot of Legends, located on Smallwood Drive West in Waldorf, for a report of a large fight.
Upon officers’ arrival the crowd began dispersing. Officer G. Barnhart ordered Jill Wood Baker, 37, of Waldorf, to quiet down and to step away from a suspect who was sitting on the ground. Baker refused and was arrested.
She was charged with disorderly conduct and failure to obey a lawful order. Baker was released from the Charles County Detention Center on her personal recognizance.
