The Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA) has scheduled another wind sensor repair on the MD 4 Thomas Johnson Bridge this Saturday, June 29 at 7 a.m. The work will take place weather permitting.ย SHA expects it will take about 90 minutes to complete the work. A single-lane closure and flagging operation will be in place to guide motorists around the work zone.
On June 15 crews installed a new wind sensor on the bridgeโs center span. This weekendโs work will focus on the solar panel and batteries used to power the wind sensor.ย
