Prince Frederick, MD – On Monday, Aug. 17 at approximately 3:40 pm, a call was dispatched for a vehicle accident on Route 2/4 south near Auto Drive in Prince Frederick.
As units arrived on the scene, responders found that a bus ran into rear of a trash truck hauling a roll-off dumpster.
The operator of the bus was transported to a trauma center by helicopter.
Southbound traffic on Rt. 2/4 was affected with a lengthy backup.
