The Calvert All-Stars Cheer & Dance teams are once again celebrating a success-filled season. Among their accomplishments for the 2009-2010 competitive season are several National Titles and National Grand Champions. In addition to their National Titles, the CAS Cheer & Dance Teams have earned paid or partial paid bids to the All Level Worlds; the CAS Dance Team is honored to be one of only six teams from across the country to earn a full paid bid and will be representing the World Spirit Federation in their pursuit of a world title. They are looking forward to what April and May will bring as they conclude the 2009-2010 competitive season.
They are also looking forward to the continued growth of their organization with the 2010-2011 season. CAS Cheer & Dance is the only non-profit all star cheer and dance organization in Southern Maryland and will be celebrating their 13th year with the 2010-2011 season. CAS is well respected and nationally known for their unique position in the all star industry. CAS is an active member of the USASF and the NACCC, the governing board for all star cheer and dance and their director, Tracie Jones, serves on the NACCC Inaugural Board. CAS has been recognized in Cheer Biz magazine, named Program of the Year, as well as having their staff recognized as Maryland’s Top Coach of the Year. CAS Cheer & Dance will hold its annual Open House on Saturday, April 10 at the CAS Gym located at 871 Keith Lane #1, in Owings, MD from 10 a.m. to Noon. The CAS Cheer & Dance teams will exhibition and their staff will be on-hand to answer any questions you may have regarding their program.
