On February 22, at 11:30 a.m., Trooper Lewis stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 4 at Route 2 in Sunderland.
The registration plate was identified as a stolen plate from Anne Arundel County.
Brian T. Jackson, 25 of Lusby was placed under arrest and charged with theft. He was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
