On July 3, at 2:03 a.m., Tpr. B. T. Wiesemann conducted a traffic stop in the area of Maryland Route 4 and South Patuxent Beach Road on a black Dodge Charger for a traffic violation.
Upon making contact with the driver, Robert Michael Bice, Jr., 21 of Port Republic, Tpr. Wiesemann observed suspicious actions. A probable cause search of Bice’s person resulted in his arrest for Possession of Oxycontin.
Bice was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and will be held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
