On February 18, at 3 p.m., Tpr. R. L. Jackson responded the to JC Penney store in the Wildewood Shopping Center in California for the reported Theft in Progress.
Upon arrival, Tpr. Jackson met with the Loss Prevention Officer who was detaining Teresita Hernandez Graham, 43 of Saint Leonard. Graham was observed stealing 11 clothing items valued at $222.60 from the store. Graham purchased a sweater and then placed the 11 items in her purse and exited the store. She was taken into custody once she left the store.
Tpr. Jackson placed her under arrest and transported her to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where she was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
