On the evening August 11, 2011, friends and family gathered at the Wicomico Shores Pier for a candlelight vigil in memory of  Christopher Lee Kelly and Christopher Michael Staley who just days prior were both involved in a tragic drowning at the same location. Amongst the tears, there were many fond memories and stories being shared about both gentlemen. Attendance also included the Cobb Island Volunteer Fire Department & Rescue Squad where Chris Staley was a member. Both young men will be greatly missed by both family and friends.
