Late Tuesday morning, 30 October, fire and EMS units from Leonardtown, Bay District station 9 and the Lexington Park Rescue Squad were dispatched for a motor vehicle accident involving two vehicles on St. Andrews Church at the intersection of Indian Bridge Road.
The first arriving fire units found both vehicles blocking the west bound lane of St. Andrews Church Road.
Both a Lexington Park and a Leonardtown ambulance transported a patient to St. Mary’s Hospital.
St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s remained on the scene.
