On April 23, at 11:05 a.m., Trooper First Class Dawson responded to the 11700 block of Journey Drive in Owings, for a report of a vehicle theft.
The victim’s vehicle had been stolen from the driveway of the residence. The vehicle, 1999 Gray Nissan Sentra, was unsecured with the keys in the ignition. Investigation revealed that several neighbors had also had vehicles broken into and electronic items removed.
