Bryan R. Quade
Sunderland, MD – On Oct. 2, Deputy Wood responded to the 7-Eleven located in Sunderland for the report of check welfare. Upon arrival, Wood made contact with a male, later identified as Bryan Russell Quade, 35 of North Carolina, who appeared to be under the influence of narcotics.
Quade informed Wood he had taken a narcotic. A search of Quade was conducted resulting in paraphernalia being located. Quade was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center and charged with controlled dangerous substance (CDS) possession of paraphernalia and CDS possession-not marijuana (heroin).
According to court records, a hearing on the charges Quade is facing is tentatively scheduled for Nov. 27 in District Court.
