At 9:32 p.m. Jan. 9, CPL Bolger of the Prince Frederick barrack stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on Rt. 2/4, in Prince Frederick.
Upon contact with the occupants, the officer observed suspected marijuana. A search was conducted and suspected marijuana and a CDS smoking device were recovered.
Arrested at that time for possession of marijuana and CDS paraphernalia were Leonard Jay Flanagan, Jr., 20, of Lusby, and Justin Marcus Karwoski, 23, of Lusby. After processing, the two were transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
