Leonardtown, MD — Every year the Commissioners of Leonardtown present awards for the best-dressed business or location in town. This year was no exception. And the winner is–Leonardtown Church of the Nazarene.
Pastor Paul MacPherson and his daughter Naomi were on hand at the Dec. 14 town meeting to accept the award from Mayor Dan Burris.
In addition to the new decorations, the church also provided a Nativity and an indoor concert for Christmas on the Square. They also provide face painting, drinks, and balloons during other events throughout the year.
The Leonardtown Commissioners on the church Facebook page provided the following message – “Many thanks to Pastor MacPherson and the staff and congregation of Leonardtown Church of the Nazarene for their fine efforts!”
