Baltimore, MD —  An Anne Arundel County officer on routine patrol walked into a 7-Eleven minutes after it was robbed.

The officer stopped in at the 7-Eleven at 4000 Ritchie Highway for a routine business check on Sunday evening and found a visibly shaken clerk who said he’d been robbed at knife-point only moments before.

Officers made a quick search and managed to find the suspect still at the rear of the business.

They arrested 18-year-old Jason Daniel Guzman-Argueta of Baltimore and charged him with the following:

  • Armed Robbery
  • Robbery
  • 1st Deg. Assault (2 counts)
  • 2nd Deg. Assault (2 counts)
  • Theft
  • Dangerous Weapon w/ Intent to Injure
  • Reckless Endangerment
  • Disorderly Conduct

No one was injured during the incident.
