Calvert County Public Schools Closed Today (Code Yellow for 12-Month Employees)

Charles County public schools are closed today, Jan. 24, 2013. There is a code two for staff who follow the code system.
The Charles County Department of Community Services would like to inform citizens that the Nanjemoy and Indian Head VanGO routes are starting service two hours late today, Jan. 24, due to hazardous road conditions in those areas. All branches of the Charles County Public Library will be opening at noon.
St. Mary’s County
The January 24, 2013 meeting of the Historic Preservation Commission meeting scheduled for 4:00 p.m. has been canceled due to weather conditions.
The January 24, 2013 regular meeting of the St. Mary’s County Metropolitan Commission has been canceled due to weather conditions. The meeting has been rescheduled for Thursday, January 31 2013, beginning at 3:00 PM at the Metropolitan Commission Offices at 23121 Camden Way, California, MD 20619.
The St. Mary’s County Library is now reporting that the three libraries will open at 2 p.m.
