OWINGS, Md. – Today, at approximately 8:40 a.m., police, fire and rescue personnel responded to the overturned commuter bus in the area of Rt. 4 and Skinners Turn Road.
Police arrived first on the scene and found the driver safe with no injuries. No passengers were on-board at the time. The bus is being left on the scene due to weather and will be towed at a later time.
