After conducting a traffic stop on a vehicle on H.G. Trueman Road near Southern Middle School on July 24 at 10:57 p.m., DFC Robert Burggraff found the driver, later identified as Darin Olaf Rasmussen, 22 of Port Republic, to be in possession of suspected marijuana and a metal grinder, used to grind marijuana.  Rasmussen was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
