At 1:47 a.m. April 15, Sgt. Brian McCourt responded to a home on Little Cove Point Road in Lusby for the report of a prowler.

The complainant had advised the Control Center that someone was knocking on her window. Sgt. McCourt walked to the rear of the residence and saw the silhouette of a person standing by the steps of the back porch.

He shined his flashlight on the person and they fled.ย  He ordered them to stop and the subject complied.
Cpl. Anthony Moschetto arrived to assist and advised Sgt. McCourt that a similar incident had occurred at the same residence on April 8 and the prowler had exposed himself to the homeowner.

The victim identified the suspect as the same one she encountered on April 8.

Cpl. Moschetto observed that the zipper on the suspectโ€™s pants was down and he had a strong odor of alcohol. The suspect, identified as Terry G. Parsons, Jr., 26, of Huntingtown, was arrested and charged with trespassing and indecent exposure.

Parsons had a Blood Alcohol Content reading of .21, more than twice the legal limit of .08. He was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center.
