At 11:53 pm on Sunday, January 14, TFC Trossbach responded to the 24000 block of Beck Road in Hollywood for a report of suspected drug activity.
Upon arrival, contact was made with a female occupant, Jaclyn Marie Maynard, 22, of Hollywood at the front door. A strong odor of burnt marijuana was emitting from the residence. Once inside the residence, contact was made with Justin Scott Vangieson, 22, also of Hollywood.
A partially burnt marijuana cigar was seen in plain view on the end table next to the sofa. Additionally, one clear plastic bag containing suspected marijuana, two multi colored CDS smoking devices, a Pelouze digital scale containing marijuana residue and two additional partially burnt marijuana cigars were found.
Ms. Maynard and Mr. Vangieson were arrested for possession of marijuana and CDS paraphernalia. They were transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center in Leonardtown and held pending a bond review.
