ANNAPOLIS, Md. – On July 4 at 3:00 a.m., the Anne Arundel County Police Department contacted the Annapolis Police Department when they discovered a 2011 Chevrolet in a ditch in Arnold.
Officers made contact with the owner on Obery Court and she reported that the vehicle must have been stolen. She reported that she parked the vehicle on Obery Ct on July 3 at 4:00 p.m. and may have dropped the key after parking the vehicle.
