
ANNAPOLIS, Md. – On Feb. 6 at 3:40 p.m., a 2005 Ford pick up truck was stolen from the 900 block of West Street in Annapolis.
When police arrived, the victim informed them that the truck was left with the engine running, key in the ignition, and the doors unlocked. At 4:20 p.m.
Cambridge Police Department notified the Annapolis Police Department that they recovered the vehicle and arrested the driver, Lyev Akselrod, 26, of Germantown.
