On Nov. 19, St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Deputy J. Maletto responded to a motor vehicle wreck in Hollywood, and arrested Christopher A Jenkins, of Washington D.C, was for driving while intoxicated after the driver failed the standard field sobriety.
Officers smelled a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage on the breath of the driver of the at-fault vehicle while investigating the crash.
Jenkins was incarcerated in the Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
