Waldorf, MD – Update from the Charles County Sheriff’s Office regarding April 19 barricade on Shearwater Drive–The situation ended late last night. Sadly, the man took his life.
Waldorf, MD – Police in Charles County are at the scene of a barricade at a home on Shearwater Drive in Waldorf. According to the Charles County Sheriff’s Office, a call was received around 4:30 pm. regarding the barricade. The male subject inside the residence reportedly is in possession of several weapons. Motorists are advised to avoid the area while neighbors are being told to shelter in place.
