Clarification of Nature of Warrant:

On Sept 12, Samantha Lee Hamilton, 26, of Waldorf, was featured in the Crime Solvers Fugitive Friday program as having an open warrant for failing to appear in court for a felony theft charge.ย  The actual warrant, which is still open, is for violating the conditions of her probation in connection with a felony theft conviction. Since August, officers have attempted to contact Hamilton at her listed addresses and telephone numbers, but she has not been located and she has not returned calls or turned herself in.ย ย ย ย ย ย ย

Charles County Crime Solvers is offering a cash reward for information leading to the whereabouts of Samantha Lee Hamilton, 26, of Waldorf. Hamilton currently has an outstanding warrant charging her with failing to appear in court on a felony theft charge. Hamilton is 4โ€™11โ€, 110lbs., and has brown hair and brown eyes. ย  ย ย
