On May 11 at 7:28 a.m. Dep. W. Durner responded to the intersection of Byron Court and Broomes Island Road in Port Republic for the report of two people asleep in a vehicle stopped and sitting in the travel lane.ย 

Upon approaching the vehicle, Durner observed hypodermic needles on the laps of both the driver, who was asleep, and the passenger, also asleep. ย The couple was awakened and both arrested.ย 

James Eric Reinoehl, II, 31, of Prince Frederick, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia; a hypodermic needle.ย  Jessica Ann Marshall, 26, of Port Republic, was charged with possession of Suboxone, possession of CDS equipment; a hypodermic needle and drug paraphernalia; a spoon.
